I went to CVS in 4S Ranch San Diego, 92127 this morning at the shopping center and guess what I saw you will see my pictures I went inside CVS I asked supervisor what could be done as someone I assume a homeless person sitting on the ground with his blankets just a few steps away to the left from the front entrance of the CVS, smoking marijuana, possibly doing drugs because all kind of weird stuff was laying all over, having the shopping cart with all the stuff and bunch of bottles and cans along Cvs. I spoke to the supervisor inside CVS and he informed me that they can't do anything about what's going on outside of their store, I raised the question about security guards. The answer was they don't see them very much. I went to our Wonderful sheriff's department in 4S Ranch, and guess what? The young guy who works inside told me I need to call over the phone to report- that this is ridiculous!!! I said but they have pictures of the person and all the stuff, I was told again you need to call the dispatch! There are no security guards driving or walking around for a long time. By The Ulta store used to be by Cops car with flashing lights- no longer there, no security guard by the banks I could find as I used to see them by the bank. This is ridiculous. The shopping center should be ashamed of the way they run the business. It’s a super busy shopping center with kids running all over and now we have drug addicts openly doing their drugs just sitting by CVS because they know no one is ever going to bother them because Nobody patrols that area. Shame on you 4S town center, you make millions of dollars, there are no vacancies at this shopping center, and you should protect us and our children from drug addicts just sitting there because you don’t wanna spend money on security guards who would be there. I am sure that with your high income from all those businesses you have enough budget to have patrol and drug addicts would not be sitting freely there for hours hanging out doing drugs if they know patrol/ security is there!

WARNING This agency company should find all new employees. Chris and Raquel are completely unprofessional and lack any type of care for their clients. Since November we were working with Raquel and Chris on a spot at the Hub in Hillcrest. During this time they reviewed and approved all financials and gave us the approval to purchased custom made items specifically made for that space which was over 30k. These items were going to take awhile to be built so that is why we wanted to make sure everything was approved before we had these made for the space. When they finally sent us an LOI it had multiple grammar issues and even had a date that was incorrect on the paperwork. When trying to reach out to Raquel to ask about these issues and errors, she would ignore phone calls and messages. She didn’t respond until 5 days later and then told us she didn’t know what was going on and we would have to wait another week. She blamed it on us saying she didn’t hear back which was a complete lie. We left her phone messages daily and her response back was that she hardly checks her voice message. What kind of agent says that!?She then told us they might have another chiropractor moving into the space. This completely blindsided us since we were working on this for 5 months which was delayed due to their horrible service and communication. We had a lawyer look over the paperwork as well and said a lot of what they were telling us was saying the opposite. We tried to contact Raquel and Chris through phone calls and emails and still no response. Raquel days later finally responded and said they were going with another client and completely left us in the dark with over 30k worth of items that we never would have had made. After trying to call again to see what happen they never responded and we were only able to get ahold of her because we had contacted corporate and they transferred us over. Raquel told us we would have to speak with Chris since he was the one sitting in on the meetings. When I spoke with Chris I was is shock how he even has a job in customer service. He should be a car sales man based on the way he was communicating. Every time I would ask why we weren’t informed and why nobody was getting back to us…all Chris kept saying was “Well did you ask us…we don’t have any loyalty to you…we are working for the landlord.” I said that we were told in email that we could order the custom made items specifically for the rooms that were already built out which cost us over 30k and non refundable, so based on that we should of been kept in the loop. He just kept saying well that’s not our problem and that we didn’t sign the LOI or lease yet so they went with someone else. This is what is extremely irritating is because we tried calling Chris and Raquel several times about the mistakes that they had made on the paperwork and they are the ones that did not get back to us on time. We were not signing paperwork that has multiple mistakes on it. Just be EXTREMELY careful while working with this company. Not only did we experience this but our lawyer said after looking into them, they are too. Now I know why they have a 1 star rating.
