Hey y'all! I am current resident at Regal Forest Apartment and I Absolutely Love it! Ms.Quisia in the leasing office is Amazing! 🤩, she makes sure to go above and beyond for her tenants in whatever they need. Also Shout out to the #1 maintenance team who make sure any issues are taken care of whenever they occur. I Love Everything about these Apartments!!! The leasing Manager Mrs. Quisha made this move in process very stress free. She’s a great representation of Regal Forest. I chose to move into these apartments because of her great communication and customer service skills!!!

Hey y’all I been staying here for bout 2 years and it’s nice here ion really never have no issue and if I do they coming ASAP to get us right . It’s quite and peaceful. The rent office lady is so nice and always there to help . She is very open just talk to her she gone get u right immediately & she funny 😂😂😂 we have a nice playground for the kids the neighbors are pretty cool everybody know how to mind they business!! and yeah we just lit over here fr . Pull up🩵

And idk what these people talking bout in the reviews because y’all definitely not being truthful we barley having issue over here my apartment is nice . No water stains no where on my walls . So yah let that go 😂🙄 there go my walls thanks

Listen... I called Quisia on a whim I had lost SO much money applying for apartments only to be denied, told her what I had going on and my timeline to move.. When I say customer service before, during, and after my move; and even after I moved in.. Absolutely Amazing.. the neighborhood is quiet and my apartment is very spacious.
Thank you Quisia for making sure my children and I had a place to call home!

Regal Forest is a quiet small community with a very attentive, maintenance staff and an awesome manager Mrs. Quisia!! The neighbors are friendly. My stay here was phenomenal!! 💜😊🥰
