Will find any reason to extort an extra $15 dollars out of you. Looking forward to seeing the list of reasons of why they should withhold the deposit when the time comes. Ask for clarification of how their charges are valid and you'll be met with attitude and no valid reason. Oh, and you will be harassed about something as petty as the $15 charge as well as told that they will not accept your rent payment without it being paid. When you do pay the $15 they will add another to the following month and claim the $15 you paid went to the following month, i.e. $15 charge for February will show as paid for February. The next day it will show as $15 paid towards March instead and the $15 will show past due for February giving them "reason" not to accept March's rent payment. Scam artists.

Whatever you please don't rent from this company! They take your rent money but will not come out and fix anything! They have left me and my 2 minor children in the home with no working toilet numerous times! Nick continues to say no one can get here to unstop the toilet until tomorrow! So basically we've been in the home without a working toilet for over 24 hours now and that's only the half! Ms. Connie the office manager will literally listen to your VM and never return your calls! But hired me to take care of her mother before she passed away! Allie the Spartanburg manager will tell you she doesn't have time to listen to your concerns of negligence! Jennifer the 4th property manager in Greenville will make promises to you and will not keep them and will never send maintenance out to fix and complete your work orders! Bren will tell you to call Carl another property manager but he never return your calls or respond to your messages either! So let me share some pictures of the filthiness that me and my minor children have lived with since February! To be continued!! More pics to come! Please don't waste your time or throw your money away on this company for they don't care about their tenants safety or welbieng!

Haven’t rented from this company a year and already know I’m not renewing my lease. Placed a service order 3 times for a kitchen sink to be fixed. When it drains, the water leaks onto the floor. Maintenance marks it as fixed but it’s not. Calling the office feels like I’m inconveniencing them, when literally all I want is not have my kitchen flood to wash dishes. Sad.

They will not enforce their own non smoking policies. You are forced to inhale the neighbors cigarette smoke which travel through the vents. Horrible odor! They refuse to do anything about it.
