The team at Redwood Property Management truly made this experience as smooth and easy as possible. First of all Gus is amazing!! The professionalism was beyond my expectations. Gus and Fabiola both explained and walked me through each step from the moment I applied all the way til I received my keys to my new apartment. All my questions were always answered. Gus did an amazing job with my walk through explaining everything in detail. Love my new apartment!!

Moving in was a breeze, from setting up an appointment to see the place in person with Liz on the weekend, which most aren't able to accommodate it seems.
Also great to know management lives on sight, Alexis was very welcoming, and made the paperwork and move in very stress free. Looking forward to this new lease. Thanks for the help!

Ms. Reyes very professional in expeditiously qualifying me as tenant for the property. I'm very satisfied with how she remained in contact with me thru this very short process of initial phone call, to contract signing with keys... which only to approximately three days total.
