Great maintenance support. Considerable nickel and dime charges: $300 to own dog plus $10 a month, $175 late fee for one day late on monthly rent, $60 doc fee for annual rent renewal. Customer service is outstanding (David in housing office). Overall, a good experience.

Michael arrived first-thing in the morning. He was courteous and worked efficiently to fix a toilet tank leak. He completed the task in less than an hour and left the area clean. Very pleased with his work!

Michael identified the problem, explained what he had to do to correct the problem, went and picked up a new water heater and installed it. Throughout the process he kept me updated on his progress. Once he was finished he cleaned up the area. He left a dehumidifier to assist in drying out the vinyl flooring and explained that he would leave it here over the weekend unless another water leak occurred and if they needed it at the new location. Very professional and courteous.

I recently submitted a request for a Redstone Family Housing maintenance tech to check our gas furnace to ensure it would be ready for the cooler weather we are finally beginning to see. I immediately received an email notifying me that the request had been received and a technician assigned to perform any needed action. Bryan showed up within the hour and tested the system, taped a pipe that was slightly separated, changed the filter and answered questions about the operation of the furnace. He is always the consummate professional as are all of the technicians I have had in my home. Bryan’s extensive knowledge of every aspect of home maintenance and repair is amazing!
