We needed help organizing an out if control upstairs garage storage space. Marvin, Tyler and Wyane came on a Monday morning and transformed my space and cleared my head at the same time. I was trying to keep one step ahead of them. They were so efficient at their jobs that it was a race for me to do so. They were also fun to have around!

Tyler and MJ were EXCEPTIONAL! Tyler and MJ arrived to move heavy and awkward furniture and appliances out of a POD container and back into our condo. While showing them the condo so they could get a "lay of the land", I explained we had just re-done our floors and had fresh paint throughout. I also explained what the crew who moved the items into the POD experienced, in hopes of making it an easier move-in. Tyler and MJ went out of their way to make sure all floors and surfaces (like our cabinets and countertops) were well covered with moving blankets, and they took their time maneuvering around tight corners and up a staircase into the condo. They worked and communicated well together, as team should, and with us too! They were efficient, careful, friendly, and were a breeze to work with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tyler and MJ to anyone without hesitation! If we ever need to call RedCap again, we will specifically be asking for Tyler and MJ. Thank you!

The team is amazing. They show up on time or if they have a cancellation they call. The staff does a great job of moving things, appliances and furniture with a lot of care for your property. I had some old appliances picked up today. And again very courteous team. Ready to get things done and also ready to troubleshoot. 5 star service I will surely recommend this team and use them in the future.

We have used Red Cap twice now. First time was for packing and moving. Great job. Now we’ve just used Yolanda for house keeping and she was excellent and we will soon be requiring her services again. Redcap to the rescue. It was a dirty job but Redcap did a great job replacing a sump pump in the ground. Thank you to Demi and Charles for prepping and Dave and Donnie for finishing the job. And of course, kudo's to the supervisor, Steve, who also got his hands etc. dirty during this job. It seems there is nothing Redcap can't do.

What should have been a routine dryer vent cleaning became more when it turned out there was a clog midway. Undaunted the guys patiently worked at it until cleared. They also advised us the exterior vent cover needed to be replaced and took care of it too. The Redcap Team does an A+ job no matter what we need and always with a positive and professional attitude.
