Truly one of the worst experiences we've ever had. We were connected with Geo by homes for heros which made us think that we would be in good hands selling our home. Then we looked at his reviews and saw 5 stars and again thought we would be in good hands. That was NOT the case and we now wonder if those "5 star" reviews were bought.
Geo waited until the last minute of what was stated in the contract to list our property. And when it was finally listed it seemed as all he did was thrown a mess pictures and a non accurate and cut off description up and inaccurate property information. On top of that most of the pictures he posted were blurry and terrible angles. After several attempts to get him to fix the description and pictures we ended up taking our own pictures as well as writing our own description to post. Geo tried several times to convince us that the listing on one of the most popular real estate websites where millions of people look before contacting agents wasn't important and that all that would matter was what he had posted on MLS that only agents could see was what mattered. After weeks of trying to get him to see the importance of these websites he finally changed our listing to accurately reflect the property. We several times gave him the benefit of the doubt trying to stay positive and it cost us valuable time of having our property listed with him not working to sell it. When we contacted him he would wait until 9 or after at night to reply. He told us that because of property was unique it wasn't going to sell. After 2 months we reached out to his qualifying broker for help. We hosted an open house that we were told was advertised and flyers sent out. We were the only ones that advertised and Geo sent his "mailers" all to ONE home in our town. This was a nightmare of an experience.
Geo is a cashier realtor he just wants to sit back and collect money instead of working to sell a property. So if you're trying to sell I would HIGHLY advise you choose someone else.

We cannot begin to explain how great of a realtor Geo Bia is! We found ourselves overwhelmed with the idea of buying a new home, We had went with other realtors at first who didn’t seem to have much interest in helping us! The home buying process can be very overwhelming itself, with no knowledge where to start as first time home buyers, Geo assisted and guide us every step of the way! He made my family and I so comfortable, he was very patient with us and answer every question for us.
