Red House Property Manager, Jason R. has managed two of my properties one in San Diego and one in Solana Beach. I just sold the last one this week and I have been very pleased with how he has helped me, yes, managing my properties in a cost-effective and professional manner, and in this recent sales process he has been a terrific asset to help guide both me and my Realtor in dealing with the tenants. Because the tenant's lease was not expired during the sales process, Jason facilitated and guided me to ensure compliance with all laws and regs. He is not only a knowledgeable and experienced property manager, he's also has been accessible, as well as an easy and pleasant person to work with. Over the years his resources and vendors have all been high quality and cost-effective. If I ever again have properties to manage, he's my go-to-guy. I highly recommend him and Red House P M.

10 years ago I bought a house in Vista, intending to move there in a couple years. I started calling property management companies and left messages. The only prompt return call came from Redhouse. They met with me at my new house and I knew right away they would take care of my house. They found wonderful tenants for the property. Communication with them was so easy as if i am talking to my neighbor even though I was miles away. Over the 10 years I was able to meet Red in person a couple times but never met Jason yet. I never had any worry about my house there because they gave me the confidence that they would take care of it like their own. That statement holds true to this day. Their unmatched professionalism, attention to detail and Jason's fast communication and problem solving skills are hard to find. I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing a management company. I could go on and on but I will conclude by saying how fortunate I was to find them to take care of my property.
