Kenny Whitworth scammed my senior citizen aunt and uncle out of six figures on a bad deal that HE brought to them. Had a cash deal signed for a year then last minute Kenneff decides to take his “clients” to dinner with the BUYER just 2 weeks before closing.. My aunt and uncle leave confused then Ken agrees with the buyer to owner financing which was never part of the deal. He pressured my family into making last minute decisions that could have hurt them financially and left them unprotected. Luckily we stepped in and stopped Kennys communication with my family and got a lawyer to help write a legitimate contract and insert protections for the seller. Kenny forced commission payment by threatening a lein on a property he never had a signed listing agreement on. This is FRAUD. Kenneth Whitworth will have to answer to many people for this. Red Clay you can do better than this scum.
