My wife and another couple recently spent 10 days in Mesquite at a rental home listed on VRBO and managed by Premiere Properties(PP). We experienced the same poor service and a lack of customer service as many others have posted. It seemed apparent that PP didn't take time to ensure the property was ready for rental as the following issues existed on day 1:
1) Keyless entry failed to work
2) Overgrown landscaping blocked entry to front door
3) Backyard sprinklers sprayed entire back patio and furniture - twice a day
4) Grills were not clean
5) Broken towel racks
6) Terrible - Rats and roaches in the laundry room and garage - pictures available
Other issues unrelated to poor service included: sparse furniture in Bedrooms, no bedroom TV's, no non-perishable condiments available, grills were charcoal only and 2nd story balcony had no chairs.
When issues were reported PP staff only had excuses. They did repair the keyless entry and landscape -2 days later. They did not totally resolve the sprinkler issue but we learned they came on at 7:00am and 7:00pm and worked our outdoor schedule around the problem and used available towels to dry the furniture. I also made an inquiry about late checkout and was told a 1:00pm was available for an extra $25. I never authorized the payment and we left a day early. They charged my credit card and would not reverse the charges.
My experience with PP will not be forgotten and I will never use any of their services in the future.

What a great group of property management specialists! We couldn't be more pleased with the value of our rental, the unit is furnished nicely with quality throughout. The management staff responded at 8:00 on a holiday and the fan in the a/c repaired by 11:00! Theresa came by to check on us and couldn't have been nicer. highly recommend!

These Managers are shady at best. They told lies for owner about our air conditioning, it never worked right AND when we were to move to different unit they "lost" our payment for new place until we lost the option to lease it. Apt was put together horribly before we moved in and everything was held together by glue and a prayer so we had to constantly fix things that should have been new. Manager purposely intimidated my girl and wouldn't help to get anything fixed that was wrong. Told us we would have to pay tech for further calls at one point and falsified documents to save face when we were told we couldn't renew lease.

We sent an inquiry about two rental properties, filled out applications and called more than once. No one could return our phone call. When we called again, we were told the person who handled long term rentals would call as soon as he was free. It never happened.

Made a full price offer on a property they managed day after listed. Told seller had excepted another offer. No counter or allowed to make another offer all in same day. Inside deal ? Will not be doing any business there.thank you

Premier Properties in Mesquite, Nevada misrepresented their rental property offerings. Upon arrival, I found
1. No garage door openers (Lance produced one Monday)
2. Spotty wipe down on all items by apparently one rag
3. I had to clean/sanitize counter tops, chairs, floors, windows, glassware, door knobs, light switches, cabinet doors, kitchen rug, sinks, faucets, toilets,
4. Patio seating, counter, bar b q, floor not touched at all. I cleaned them all and vacuumed the cushions, floor and rugs.
5. WiFi inoperable, repair made Monday AM
6. Was not advised the house was in the middle of a development under construction that begins work at 6am! Had I known this, I would not have rented this house, 1354 Stonehaven, for the month.

I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never deal with them in the future.
