Mona Soza was not a good realtor. We were looking to buy a house that she was the selling agent for, but she kept trying to up sale us to increase her commission. Any offer using a different buying agent was denied because she wouldn't get dual commission. She also gave our information from a open house sign in sheet to an out of county mortgage lender, signing us up for "cold calls". Eventually the owner chose a different selling realtor and we moved on to a different house.
