If you are doing business with this company, I suggest you get out while you can. If you are considering doing business with her, DON"T. Jewel collected rent and security deposits as my property manager and did not pass them on to me. When I sold the property and demanded payment, she wrote checks to me that have bounced and after multiple attempts to contact her she doesn't return calls.

We had Jewel (Realty Management, Inc) "manage" our property while we were stationed overseas (USAF-Active Duty) and unfortunately it was a NIGHTMARE to say the least. We were overseas and unfortunately she took advantage of that and would go months without paying us. Despite many attempts to collect our money, she came up short and said she spent our money on other things. Currently she owes us $22560.00 and despite letting HER come up with a payment plan, she has failed (indicating she doesn't have it the money and various checks she received bounced from other tenants -- not ours.) She admitted to receiving the money on time from our tenants but that she spent it on other things. This has been exhausting and despite trying to work with her for the past year, we are seeking LEGAL actions to get our owed money. I am in disbelief that a company could do this to one person let alone so many as noted in other ratings buy property owners. I would not recommend using Realty Management, Inc to "manage" (for a lack of better words) your property. It's been a disaster!!!

I used Realty Management Inc. to manage my rental house for about 2 years. It was a disaster! I had trouble getting paid and would go for months without getting a statement or any money. After not getting paid for 8 MONTHS I started acting like a bill collector and finally got paid. I fired them in May of this year and they still own me rent from April and May. STAY AWAY!!!

My family and I have leased property from Jewel and Property Management two times now. They have been fair and have been very good to work with. I would feel very safe in dealings with them. They seem to be very upstanding people. I do recommend this company as per my personal experience. -G

The checks from this company bounce that they mail out for rent owed to you (once ok but everytime in the last year C'mon something is up)...Who in the hell does business like that. If your tenant pays the rent and their check is good then why in the hell is this management companies check bouncing....very bad business practices and will be moving properties ASAP from this company...way to shady!!!!

We’ve used them for about ten years. They started out fine. But now we have trouble getting statements and getting paid- as in, we will go months without receiving either. We are not local, so staying in top of what they are doing is difficult. This company is awful- don’t ever use them.

Management should not be part of the company name as there is no management. Not responsive, no follow up, just one excuse after the other. Find a different company to work with, you’ll be thankful you did.

don't rent with them and if you do make sure you read the agreement completely because they will make you pay for stuff you normally wouldn't with other companys
