When I originally hired RMG to manage my Fashion Valley condo (2023) in San Diego, they were great. They found good tenants, I received my rent distribution in a timely fashion (by the 10th-15th of the month) etc. Fast forward to April 2025. Today is the 25th of April and I still have not received my April rents. Even after I contacted Donna Engle and asked where my distribution was. She claimed she sent it on the 10th. Never received!! I have to contact her every month to ask for MY money. She gives the same story every time. I will re-send. They are noting doing their fiduciary duty. I rescind my original review. Do not hire this company.

our dishwasher was rusted and leaking when we moved in and they delivered the new one without installing it, it’s been almost 2 months waiting for this issue to be resolved. our contact, Donna, doesnt pickup the phone when we call or text!

Applied for an apartment and never heard back, no refund for application fee as stated on the website. Contacted the realtor multiple times with no response, automated phone line provides an email address to "check the status of application" and email provided bounces every time. Super unprofessional and we were super excited about the place too 🙁
