I have been an investor in residential and commercial real estate over the past 30 years and have found it very difficult to find a relator that I can put my trust in, that is until I met Mr. Elmon Leggette. I have purchased and closed both residential and commercial real estate over the past 30 years with Elmon. He is the realator that you can fully put your trust in from the opening of escrow to the close. He works tirelessly to go the extra mile. Elmon is very proactive he always keeps his seller and buyers up to-date on every step of the way throughout escrow. Also, from many years working with Elmon, I can sincerely say he is a very honest and genuine relator. While most of the realtors only think of their commission or benefits from the deal. Elmon's first interest is always the net gains his seller receives and or the speed and efficiency the property is sold. He is a great listener and provides great professional advice. Having an awesome realtor is a must when buyer or selling a home. I have known and worked with Elmon Von Leggett and Gloria Diaz for over 15 years.
