Lydia was amazing! She was so kinda and very informative about the property we got. Lydia from realicore was so amazing. She helped with everything when it comes to my deposit when it comes to getting free Boba helping the community she’s a real bright light in this community. Everyone should recognize her for that. She’s very down to earth very caring very empathetic for the people that she tries to get into these homes and office spaces, she truly helped me and my son find a nice secure apartment at an affordable price. BEWARE of this property management group.
They will install bad tenants, and not monitor the property leading to significant damages.
Then will claim no fault, Read the contract carefully.
They will not conduct inspections as part of their fiduciary duties, and say they did, which constitutes Fraud.
They will not notify you, of anything out of compliance, and you will believe everything is Ok, because rent is coming in.
But in the end your rents will be wiped out by repairs.
These people are so unprofessional it’s laughable.
David Friedman is the king of this racket.
His License isn’t even under his name.
