I purchased my first home from Brian almost four years ago and he was the most responsive and helpful agent, sitting me down, as a first time home buyer, to explain the ins and outs of how the whole thing works. After all, it's intimidating to approach the real estate world not knowing much at all and needing to fully trust the person in charge of your purchase. By the end of the deal I was so sure Brian was someone I could trust. He even took my calls three years into the sale when I had a scare that maybe something was wrong with the house and he gave me some good advice in how to handle my situation!
Earlier this year my fiance and I started our house hunt for the place we'd call home after our wedding in July. Coming to Brian to help with the sale of my first home and the purchase of our second home only seemed natural since he and his team had been so helpful and easy to work with the first time! I have absolutely no regrets, he was as patient and helpful as ever as this time my fiance and I BOTH came to him with our hopes and dreams for this new home...happily meeting up with us for a handful of showings and staying up to date on our back and forth phone calls and texts! I've never met someone so responsive! His whole team is wonderful, we met Paris too, who kindly showed us a few homes one day when Brian was busy, this group is great, they always find a way to take care of you.
Brian sent us the pictures and information for the home we purchased in June -- and we knew it was what we were looking for! He worked hard to find a place within our budget and in the area we wanted to be in, which was quite the challenge! He worked hard to negotiate a great deal for us with the sellers and pushed to make sure they were taking care of all of our concerns on the front end!
