Everyone is complaining about the same thing but I thought I’d add my issue. I at least got a text message back the next day but they will only show you the unit if you pay first. I doubt they will show it on the day I’m available so I’ll save my $25 I look elsewhere. They don’t look like a scam site but the fact their listings have been there for 70 days makes it seem less legit.

ZERO STARS // Scam ! They just collect application fees. there is no number to contact someone directly, only an “answering service” who will say they will give your message to the property management & someone will contact you , which is a lie . No one will contact you, the least you’ll get is a text that says, verbatim, “ Thank you for your inquiry on our property. It has been rented.” this message was texted 1 month after application. Don’t even waste your time or $25

This company is a scam. They will not contact you or give you details about a rental unless you pay the $25 application fee. I submitted mine weeks ago and still no one has contacted me and if I call them it is always an answering service. They have not emailed me back, nor have they called back. Please stay away from this company

Very hard to contact and will only collect your application fee without running a background check. even when the property is not available they will tell you to apply to get your application fee.
