Update: I have moved into this unit and need to update my review. Everything was fine until I had a problem with the portal. Received no help/support. Hunter was unresponsive and unwilling to go the extra step to resolve this issue. They also deleted my previous review. Poor business strategy. Do better, RPM.

I never realized how competitive it is to find a place to live in California. However our experience with Real Property Management has been amazing. Ryan was extremely helpful in our application process. He was very prompt in answering our questions.
