New to RPM. They took over the rental property I've lived in for 9 yrs. They are so very accommodating, understanding and helpful. I got locked out of my apt. right after they took over. They sent someone from the office with a key they made for me! No charge! That's excellent service!! Thank you, RPM.

Our house is lovely, and management will often respond quickly. Maybe it's the landlord's fault, but often our repair requests on maintenance on the house/property don't get addressed. Pressing issues like plumbing get fixed, but not so often things like pool management or backyard issues.

my experience with RPM has not been bad. They have tried to work with me despite troubles and have dealt with my crazy life more then they needed to. they have an easy to work with website for residents that is convenient. Even though I had my doubts at first they are a good company overall.
