She is an award winner in her field but she brings much, much more to the process. She is a perfect balance between the business of RE and heart of the matter, which in our case was buying a home. You will hear the word heart mentioned in many reviews. Her experience and knowledge will help you ask questions you would not think to ask. Add to this her fun loving personality. We had a great time looking for our home and are very grateful to her and her expert team!

Many would argue that real estate agents (and to an even greater extent, property mangers) are useless, overpaid middlemen who add no real value to society; others would say they’re conniving, unscrupulous tricksters who talk out of the side of their mouth and will do or say anything to make a buck - driving up the cost of housing and adding to the general misery of everyone. Say what you will, Lori is certainly a credit to her kind. A poor communicator to start, she was late to the showing, leaving scores of people standing around waiting on her. Many had been displaced from the recent LA fires which had left tens of thousands homeless. She ignored repeated phone calls. Instead of respecting everyone’s time, Lori took advantage of this opportunity to raise the rent from the initial asking price to a staggeringly high amount. When I was able to finally speak with her on the phone, she was officious, rude, and condescending. Lori’s attitude and general demeanor is that of a small person vested with a moderate amount of power, and does she ever wield it. Looking through these other reviews I cannot understand what is going on here because my experience is a sharp departure from the perfect picture that has been painted. Buyer (and renter) beware.
