We have been residents for approximately 10 years, after living in our own home for 48 years. Apartment living is enlightening but the employees are kind and helpful but they are clean, well mannered and they have no problem with your "catastrophe" and take care with your furniture, and pets. They are great.

Mice bedbugs ants and squirrels birds that live in walls. They want more money they raise rent anonymously randomly every chance they get. They have a chow on premises that isn't supposed to be there. I've been tenant here 10 years. Chow has already attacked me to point where I was hospitalized and REPM has refused to take action about it. Their apartment units are not worth 1000 they went from 650 to 1000 apartment units are extremely small.

Do not rent from them there app are loaded with roaches and bed bugs infested with mise and rats the maintenance is horrible they never fix anything the person running the maintenance department is a horrible person if your just one day late on your rent they will evict you whether your on disability or elderly they do not care the things you see on the website is false truth there not maintenance men they lie to there Tenits be very care full if you want to rent from them one of there houses burnt and they did nothing to.help.them never gave them there security deposits back just told them to leave
