This company is very fast and easy with its tenants moving in process! Monique is my landlord and let me just tell you how amazing she was from the beginning of the process to moving in to being all settled. She went above and beyond and is so very kind whenever I need to bug her about something. Her supervisor Yesenia was also very kind and accommodating. I appreciate you both! The 5 star rating is solely for Emili over at the 3408-3344 Parkview apartments. I was with this company for 5 years and 3 were with Emili as a manager and she was 10stars compared to the last. She didn’t pester or bother tenants. Whatever we needed she was on top of it, always waved when she saw us. She made the apartment feel like home. It was a tough move just for more space for our growing family but if we could we would choose her over and over again. Thanks for all the support!

My husband and I have lived at one of Real Estate Connection properties for over 4 years at 14031 Cerise located in Hawthrone. In that time frame we have only had positive experiences of course with minor regular property issues involving neighbors.Maintenance issues and concerns have always been attended to in a timely manner. I would like to thank the property manager Monique that took over the building a little over 2 years after we moved in. She actually listened to residents concerns and made major changes to the building for the better.

After living at 14031 Cerise for some years now living in the downstairs unit was no longer comfortable for our family. I called Yessenia Vasquez (Director of Operations )frustrated multiples times expressing my unhappiness. She never presented being annoyed or bothered by my many calls. She provided empathy and provided several solutions, one being a transfer of my choice to another property. Her attitude could have been one that I have experienced in the past “if your not happy, find a new property management company”. Instead her attitude was let’s find a solution without the hassle of experiencing the headache of foot work and financial burdens of starting over with a new property management company. I was transferred to a new property Once the unit I picked became available I was able to make a smooth transfer.

It is not very often a Director or Property Supervisor from a management company will care about your complaints. Most times they even over look that you are an excellent tenant paying your rent on time, keeping your unit clean, not causing problems to community and the facts are she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is what good customer service looks like through a management company. Finding solutions and making good on promises. My family and are so thankful. Most importantly we are satisfied and enjoying our new unit.

I have lived in Los Angeles all my life so I have had my fair share of different landlords and property managements. However, this management is great. I worked closely with the office manager, Ms. Sheetal Scott - she processed all the paperwork at lightning speed and has, since then, always been highly responsive, friendly, and professional. I honestly never had a issue. Thank goodness. I can't stress how rare that is to find in L.A. First of all, I have been staying at the Galaxy apartment Gardena for a couple of years now and I have a great experience living at this location. The management is fantastic, always available and excited to help with any needs.
Recently I moved from my former studio apartment on the third floor to a one bedroom apartment on the second floor, and the manager “Fernando Jr” was super proactive, supportive and helped me through the Move-in process making it easy and exciting. I love my new one bedroom apartment, very spacious and elegant (picture attached) The manager is very professional, kind and always ready to help even after work hours, He cares about the residents and attends to any needs without delay or procrastination. The building facility is always clean as well as the swimming pool. It’s definitely a 5 stars***** experience for me here, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
