He helped us with all repairs needed with the house. He had subcontractors that he could call to perform the repairs. They performed excellent work at very reasonable prices. The home was professionally photographed and staged.

Due to his strong marketing, we had over 100 interested parties come through on his scheduled open houses.
This was a complicated and difficult Trust sale involving attorneys and the Court. Ray handled everything professionally.

Ray had sold our daughter's house in LA which ended with highly competitive bids. When their first buyer declined after inspection, Ray had a back up contract already signed and ready to go! So when we decided to sell our home in Rustic Canyon, we first looked to Ray. I was impressed with Ray's attention to detail, out of box thinking and overall marketing acumen. As we are ten minutes from the Will Rogers beach, Ray left his surfboard in our carport to make that point. We were hoping to sell in a short amount of time and the market was so-so and we were not full time residents. Ray used the month before we arrived to stage our house - without us! - and the photos were absolutely brilliant, including one long angle from our gas pit which was awesome! A natural extrovert, Ray was fabulous at the Open House. By the end of our time with Ray, he was more experienced at repairing the gate for our driveway than either of us which was key when the gate malfunctioned just before the final walkthrough. It was obvious that he had a detailed knowledge about all the pockets of LA and Santa Monica. While other homes in Rustic Canyon were not selling during this time, ours was sold immediately after the broker's lunch. You will not find a nicer and more competent guy to deal with than Ray.
