I’ve been dealing with AWFUL rental companies trying to find a house and I finally got approved and had the smoothest experience with the help of Missy! Looking forward to a year in this rental and hoping the rest goes smoothly.

Edit 7/30/23 : my lease just ended and the entire year was amazing, Missy was always just a call away and any maintenance issues were handled immediately. Sad to not be renting with them anymore but 10/10 recommend them even more than before!

Very bad experience. Constant struggle with management. They screwed the kids on damage deposit. Said deep clean which wasn’t needed and one shade cost 1200. Ridiculous. Don’t rent from them don’t use them for real estate sales or purchase. They are not truthful. I do this for a living. This is as bad as it gets. My daughter was in Unit 2. Please see the video of the unit as it was left. I didn't even bring up they didn't have a drawer in the kitchen for almost a year. The windows were painted shut and didn't open. They put in new windows after 6 months. Smoke detectors non existent. And outside lights that didn't work. And no carbon monoxide detectors. I bought them and put them in to make sure our kids were safe. That's how bad they are. See her reply below and you can understand why they are so bad. How many cleaning costs $1000. That is what they are telling us. Please answer that.

at the beginning it was kind of problematic just because of the lack of communication and it was hard to get in touch with the company and some would say one thing and then some would say another thing. However, I have not had any problems from this property at all. Now, the communication is better. Mr. Todd is very helpful and responds pretty fast. Some in the office do not deliver messages, so that is still displeasing however, the service is better and the units are nice.
