I reside in California and I was dealing with a Very Unprofessional, Money Hungry, Fly by Night company!! I ended up taking my losses and started dealing with Rawlings Realty. It’s been 4-5 years now, their very professional and if I have any questions or concerns they tend to it asap. They treat you like family unlike the other company I left. All I can say is no more sleepless nights. I had a issue and Elissa took care of it! If I have a question about the paperwork Amanda makes sure I can understand it. Randy is one of the coolest persons I’ve met. All in all I’ll have them manage my property for as long as I have them. Thanks again for all you do!!!

I contacted Rawlings reality about a property in Griffin Ga. I spoke with a woman I believe her name was Amanda. I inquired about the availability of the property because I was interested in purchasing the property. I asked the woman when it would be placed on the market (I know the owners & they were present during my call) because the owners informed me that the property was being renovated for minor repairs since December of last year. This led me to assume that all the repairs would have been completed by now.

The woman was so RUDE to me. She stated that “ it was none of my business” I told her that the owners were present if needed she could speak to them. She then stated that she would have Randy call me then hung up.

I am no longer interested in working with Rawlings reality for the purchase is this home.

Do not rent from this company. I thought these were genuine, honest, good people but later learned that they are very nasty, unprofessional and money hungry. (Especially Amanda)

I rented, and renovated a property from Rawlings but when it came time to move out, I was denied my security deposit for false allegations on damages, minor cleaning and doors that were already missing and damaged when I moved in. I have pictures to prove and will be suing them in small claims court.

Don’t make the same mistake I did !!

Rawlings Realty is absolutely horrible, uncaring and the house I was renting was physically making me sick. Mold, the black mold, made it unsafe to live in. These people are aware of how unfit the house was and didn't care about the neighbors partying all night keeping me up, not able to sleep and I work as an insurance agent so I had trouble doing my job because Rawlings Realty is absolutely all about the money! I have been speaking to an attorney regarding a very serious situation and Rawlings Realty needs to get ready for a huge lawsuit. Faulty gas leak that was so dangerous that when I changed my natural gas from Scana to Gas South... THEY REALLY WERE SHOCKED THAT GAS HAD BEEN LEAKING AND NOBODY TRIED TO FIX IT SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO DO IT OR GAS SOUTH WOULD NOT HOOK IT UP BECAUSE OF THE ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS FAULTY HOOKUP!! I have 0 respect for Rawlings Realty and I refused to pay to basically die!!! Randy and his staff are quick to get their money by filing eviction paperwork every month and I have lived in that house for 5 years and God forbid I had covid twice and my insurance company was not open for a while due to the tornado damage and Amanda's lack of care is beyond disappointing. The house should be condemned. Make no mistake, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO US AND LIED ABOUT EVICTING THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS PARTYING AND KEEPING US UP ALL NIGHT!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

My family and I have been renting from Rawlings Realty for a good 3 years and they took very good care of us!! They fixed things that were a need and one year I got pneumonia and missed work for two weeks which put us behind a little on rent. They worked with us with no problem on a payment arrangement. When we were ready to buy a house Randy Rawlings and his team was who we went through. Randy did everything in his power to get us in our dream home! So grateful for this company and I could just go on and on with what all they have done for my family! I would recommend them to anyone!
