I would not recommend Rausch Coleman Homes to anyone. If you're a first time buyer please find somewhere else! I haven't been in my home for 1yr. I cannot count how many times I've had to email them for Warranty issues w/in 4-5mos of a newly built home. Since then I've watched them poorly build other homes around me. The borders around the walls are weak, my countertops were uneven and the flex seal has to come from Dollar Tree. I dealt with Cole and Tamekia who were great until my Inspector came out. I had 15 different issues and I wasn't Closing until they were done. I told them both I would not move in until my home was up to the same standards they would want their own.

By far, the most unethical and dirty dealing group of people in real estate development. David Starkey and Todd Russell are completely dishonest. They cut corners on EVERYTHING. When we bought in Late 2015, Faulkner Crossing Phase 5. We had no idea what we were in for. We had to demand the water heater be replaced before we moved in. It had been sitting for a year, so it was stagnant. The Fridge, Washer and Dryer were all the bottom of the line. The Fridge had to be replaced due to damage from when it was installed. Our new washer had to be replaced in the first month. And the landscaping left much to be desired. The 2-10 warranty is a joke. $1000 Deductible. So if something does happen. And it costs 995.00 to fix.. You pay it. I do have to admit, when we first moved in we were happy. Even with the bumps. But when I started seeing sinkholes everywhere. Everything changed. I did the research, and Rausch Coleman developments are plagued by sinkholes. We have them here, usually around street drains. And if the builder had just followed the building code, we wouldn’t have sinkholes everytime it rains. Not to mention the totally unethical way RC is trying to control the POA. So, I would not recommend buying from Rausch Coleman. I dont want anyone else to move in here and regret it. Please Join the Rausch Coleman Homes - Support Group on FACEBOOK.

Ok, first. We only moved in 3 weeks ago in Conway. If we had more time to look at other building companies we would have. Unfortunately our leases were expiring and there was literally almost nothing available in Conway. The actual BUYING, financing process is great. Everyone is friendly and courteous, and they update you on the status of construction daily.

However, once you move in -- It's a different story. The quality of home is shoddy at best. They used the cheapest of everything they possibly could. They cut every corner imaginable. The whole entire home, nothing is square. Once you move in, you actually realize they put everything (shelves, closet rods) in every closet, cabinet, pantry in the worst possible positions, and shelves are so tiny in huge space. Gigantic pantry with 3 tiny shelves CHEAPLY made . They did all cabinets, foolishly with so much unused space and the cheapest cabinets possible. Wow, they are cheap. The lights in the whole entire house are OMG cheap. $4 LED light fixtures bought in quantity and put in the worst places positions possible. Half of them almost put out zero light. No thought went into placement of anything inside the house interior. Yes, Floorplan is great. However, once they fill the house, you realize the extent of the cheapness and quality. Things break, and they do not cover in warranty as promised. They embellish the warranty process telling you that EVERYTHING is covered, even paint and trim. Then, actually cover no paint OR trim, which starts falling off almost immediately after you move in. The windows are so cheap that the frames bust, and they blame it on you instead of covering in warranty. Every shelf in every closet and every pantry or storage place is put in the absolute worst and cheapest spots possible. Guaranteed you will laugh when you open the pantry and see the shelves in the entire home. You will need to change everything in the house interior. They show you a picture online that is computer generated of this gorgeous layout of cabinets, etc. Then wow, nothing is as pictured. I will go around and take pictures of stuff and post the pictures soon.

We started our process in Oct 2020. We were told we would have it ready by December. Every month we were told they were on track but kept getting pushed back. Wee finally moved in the following June. All I'll say is the house is cheaply built. Our show builds up mildew very quickly, there is floor trim that is mismatched, our dishwasher was installed in correctly, it's all just lazy and cheap work. Very sad because the business prides itself on integrity as well. It is essentially a glorified apartment.

We should have spent more time researching the builder before making this purchase!!! We bought in The Parks subdivision off Mann Road in Little Rock, AR. Overall we’re mostly satisfied, however, the biggest issue is the water drainage. Water sits for days after a good rainfall and we’re concerned about mold growing and bug infestation occurring. Not to mention being unable to access the backyard due to standing water. We closed less than two months ago and already have a crack in the drywall. This morning the outside vent fell and hit me in the head!!!! We had a beautiful deck and fence installed, but because of the condition of the yard, my guests will have to access the deck by entering my home. WhenSomething that I’m NOT thrilled about! Whenever we used the shower for the first time our house flooded. Rausch Coleman Homes was quick to fix the issue and replace the flooring in all affected areas though.

I have purchased several homes and this is easily the worst experience I have ever had by FAR. RC Homes is clearly a company ran by middle-managers, and it shows. I have been told countless times that "upper management" wanted this, and "upper management" said we can't do that. I've personally seen the sales people, and builders working round the clock trying to complete rushed timelines. These are homes, and human beings, not numbers on a spreadsheet.

I purchased a home in the Wisteria Subdivision, and everything was fine starting out, but that all changed once they started rushing the project. They kept insisting on moving up my closing date by over a month, and I was hesitant about the short time-frame, and if they could get it done. With that in mind I let them know that I'd like to only move it up a few weeks.

After that I was continuously told everything was wonderful and perfect, up until about 2-3 WEEKS before the closing. My apartment is already leased, so I can't extend it, and I've been scrambling to figure out where I'm going to live while everyone from the builder, to the sales person, title company, and my mortgage loan officer are all working around the clock to get it hopefully 10 days late! To make matters worse, I work from home, and now I'm having to search for a work space a well.

After dealing with this nightmare of a process, I've come across more than a few people in lending and real estate that have told me that RC has a bad reputation for this sort of thing, and that they don't want to work with them. The house seems to be well built, but the miss-managed rush job that it turned out to be concerns me about it's long term quality.

If you are reading this, you have been warned.

Tamekia was amazing when i purchased my first home in 2019. She was very helpful and sweet, and even purchased myself and my husband a gift. My husband passed in November 2020, and she even attended his funeral as she was just that close to us. RC really does give a personal feel to first time homebuyers.

In 2010 I bought a home in Crossing on the Green in Conway. It was a great experience. It was a great value. The only problem I had was cracking in the tile in my laundry room. Each time a tile cracked they promptly repaired it. My only regret is that I sold is that I sold it the house!!!
