I worked with Albert and he was a great help throughout the entire home buying process. I would recommend him and Caliber to anyone who is purchasing a home especially for the first time. Honestly, this was the best team to work with. I enjoyed the fact that they kept everything straight with me and gave me a lot of motivation to continue with the whole process because you do have to have patience. Sergio was such a professional and such a spirit for this home loan to close, he has on top of everything. For a future purchase will definitely be coming to Caliber Home Loans again. I just wanted to thank the whole team for being patient with us since it was our first purchase. I am not a public person, or someone who leaves reviews, but a review is just one expression of our appreciation for Maribel and her team. We are so grateful that Maribel answered our call, late that afternoon, heard our concerns and urgency, and quickly acted by offering many options to make sure we could put in that initial offer on a dream house. Great to work with. Albert is wonderful. He was a massive help for me while closing and was extremely responsive. At one point, I called him while he was on vacation in Mexico and he was able to fix my issue within an hour. Unreal service and a fun person to talk to!

Eduardo was very thorough when he answered my questions. He was patient and explained everything to me. He was always available to discuss things and helped me keep my locked rate. He was able to get my entire loan process done very quickly so l could maintain my locked rate. He helped me look at the financial possibilities with different rates and home prices to see what was right for me. He helped me stay within my budget for my monthly mortgage! I relied on him alot throughout the home buying process and he always welcomed my calls and never made me feel like I was asking too much.
