Not so bad of a place . The only issue I have are the kitchen cabinets which are particle board and so old that they are literally disintegrating. They were already nasty and stained and in poor shape when I moved in 22 years ago. Every year I ask for the cabinets to be replaced and every year I am told I am on the top of the list for replacement. But who gets new cabinets? New tenants that move into an apt that they HAD to take out the cabinets when the occupant moves out. Where is the appreciation for good tenants? They've gotten approx $810,000 because of me being a tenant and I have never ever missed paying or been late on my rent and they can't spare 3-5 grand for new cabinets including labor to install them?(It may be less than 3-5 grand).

Omg stove are very OLD it looks lbeat up and the kitchen cabinets are VERY OLD and cheap . And in the parking area one of the tenants repairs and sells bike there are like over 30 bikes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move there
