I want to start off by saying thank you to RPM for being super professional, informational, interpersonal, and communicative throughout our entire process – from our initial inquiry, application process, and finalizing our lease. I want to especially recognize Stephanie Cano for the outstanding professionalism, care, organization, and diligence she provided while interacting with us. As a young family trying to find independence and our own place to call home, we were fortunate enough to come across their listing. Upon moving in, I could say that the management team are real professionals when it comes to the job that they do. Everything from maintenance requests to paying rent has been made simple and super accessible to their tenants. In addition, their staff members are very accessible to you during operating hours which is very comforting. By far the best professional experience I’ve ever encountered, Stephanie specifically made us feel like we had an equal opportunity as all other applicants. If you are prepared and diligent with your documents, the application process is fairly simple. My only suggestion to give is that I hope one day RPM can utilize the Zillow credit building program so that their tenants can build credit as they pay rent. Otherwise, I only have good things to say about this management team and their properties. Thank you again RPM, for helping me and my family find a place to call home.
