My wife and I relocated to the area for work and we needed a place fast. Greyson got us our lease agreement not only fast but the fastest ive ever experienced. I filled out the application super early in the morning and he had us approved and signing a lease in less then 8 hours the same day! He took a huge weight off our shoulders and even was great enough to lower the fee for our 4 pets. I never really write reviews but this man definitely deserves all 5 stars.

Ever since this company had taken over the apartments I stay in there has been nothing but ISSUES especially with poor communication with the staff and staff and rudeness especially from Ms Zarinah Washington who makes it seem like she is there to help but DOES NOT HELP YOU AT ALL, from the owners paying people to leave good reviews so you will only see the good reviews but I will post my review however many times I need to , to let others know that LAKESIDE AT SOUTHWOOD APARTMENTS HAVE WENT DOWNHILL since RAM MANAGEMENT have taken over. I AM ASKING FOR CLARIFICATION ON HOW I OWE $500 and they are telling me I OWE IT AND IT HAD TO BE PAID, but will not tell me WHAT IT IS OWED FOR! Ridiculous right? So I asked to TALK TO the MANAGER, ZARINAH STATING SHE WOULD BE BACK IN LATER SO I WAITED OUTSIDE WITH MY KIDS TO SPEAK WITH HER, we waited atleast an hour for her to come back, by the time she came back and we walked up to the office door they locked it and said they were closed, but Ms ZARINAH emailed me saying the same thing that I owe 500 dollars and it MUST BE PAID BY TOMORROW without telling me WHAT IT IS FOR! BUT the officer is “closed” ! Crazy right & they will get this review removed and I will re post it on every social media!
