My wife and I love Alden Park. The apartment is perfect for us. It is spacious and charming with a working fireplace, washer and dryer, large room with with several windows perfect for our plants.
Special shoutout to Henry and his staff. They are especially helpful. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they have resolved the problem quickly and professionally.
Additionally, we love both the grounds and the amenities. The campus is approximately 30 acres much of it green space and my wife takes full advantage of it. I love the indoor heated pool. Plus we’re close to great restaurants, bars, and transportation.

RAM has been one of the best management companies I've ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, yet personable team. The luxurious touches give a cozy feel and the abundance of windows has natural light flowing throughout. The balcony is deep enough for decent patio furniture. I felt like I was coming home as soon as I stepped in.

The Roswell court properties are horrible they belong to RAM partners. The lady at the front office is RUDE and doesn’t bother to fix things. Awful management. She treats people differently and talks behind your back which I have evidence of ( a screenshot) It’s so unprofessional and has yelled many times for things that break down easily. The apartments are old so things break and she never seem to care. I do not recommend at all. The Maintenance man also does not fix things properly. Very disappointing. Do not move in Roswell court condos beware.

Ram bought the property I was living in and raised the rent more than 400 dollars a month offering nothing in return. They then failed to follow my existing leases terms until it ended forcing me to argue with them until a reached a regional supervisor.

I did in the end get back the improperly charged utilities but everyone I spoke to beyond the front desk and maintenance personnel was unconcerned and unhelpful.

If you're considering a RAM owned property I reccomend you find a reputable company that doesn't pay for it's notoriety and "awards".

It's a good place to live, but the rent is high. I'm seeing a lot of people leaving, and I'll do the same soon. I can't understand why the owner and management don't do anything to keep their tenants. For me, it would be much more convenient to lower the rent and keep my customers happy than to lose several at once. I see more and more empty units. Why is that? Bad management? The owner's absence to know what's going on day to day? Well, I don't know. I hope this message reaches those who can take action and manage to reverse this situation.

was overcharged for rent at wellspring apartments regardless of my lease agreement that I just signed that newly went into effect. It has not been resolved after multiple phone calls and emails when all it takes is a straight forward answer on solutions, wellspring is nice but whenever you have a issue rather it be maintenance or whatever it is nearly impossible to be resolved. Person in front office constantly claims supervisor or management isn’t in to resolve issue and that I will receive a call back, no resolution since December 1st. Front desk also denies knowing corporates number.

Incredible customer service of all personnel on site in Savannah, but RAM Partners LLC corporate cut too many corners.

Capital Collective in Savannah by RAM Partners LLC is brand new, but has so many problems it is mostly empty despite offering 2 months free. Neighbors had sewage back up into their shower and they couldn't fix it timely so they were allowed to use another unit to shower.

Power goes out regularly, place floods with lots of rain (and Savannah regularly gets hurricanes). Have had issues with AC, Heat, nest control center, several appliances. I use a spatula handle to stir the sink since the disposal appliance doesn't clear.

Strongest recommendation to avoid any RAM Partners LLC property.
