Raley’s is hands down one of my favorite grocery stores! The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The quality of their products is excellent, especially the fresh produce, bakery items, and deli. I also love their wide selection of organic and health-conscious options.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—they go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and I appreciate their weekly deals and promotions. Shopping at Raley’s is always a pleasant experience, and I find everything I need (and more!). Highly recommend!

2 stars because us bank is located inside. Wanted to grab some groceries and grown folk drinks 😉 . The drink I wanted was behind glass doors...and they don't have a button to call someone over, so I went to the bakery they told me to go to the cashier. Why do I have to jump through hoops to get what I want?! So after abou 5 minutes or so I just left. As I was leaving then someone walks over...I'm good dude 😒 . (If I was was trying to walk out with something I'd bet you'd 🤔 see me)

Great inventory. They usually have everything I'm looking for and their selection is good. The bakery makes awesome cakes...tiramisu is better than every other store bought I've tried. The store is clean and well organized. Lastly, the staff is kind and helpful.

I love my neighborhood Raleys!! The staff is friendly and the only store that still unloads your cart for you. However, lately they have been going downhill when it comes to 2 very important words: customer service. A manager I know, confirmed that all Raleys have been told to cut baggers. 9 times out of 10 when I'm in there, there are no baggers so I bag my own groceries to keep the line moving because with the checkers bagging, there are always long lines, there are never any carts up front or if there are, they are all down by the door they locked up, orginally because of Covid and now they say because of theft. They pay for a security guard ( a cost past on to us) so open the other doors! Also, since they've cut staff, I've not seen any price reductions and according to the staff, the money is not going to them. Its sad. I just took the attached pics. As you can see, all the carts are out in the parking lot and the lone one up front, was just put there by a customer. It's still better than shopping at Safeway, no disputing that but what happened to our neighborhood Raley?

I’ve been going here once a week since September. I’ve had zero bad experiences and love the bakery options. I’ll continue my grocery shopping here.

Location is in a dirty strip mall. Several times there are no carts. Never enough checkers. Produce is not the best. All the milk cartons were wet from a spill that caused a terrible smell. Too many items don't have price tags. Security guard followed me, a 73-year-old man in the liquor aisle like I was going to shop lift. I usually do my shopping at Trader Joe's and COSTCO. This is my last resort store.

I really like the employees. They are very helpful. Don and Chrissie always help me find the cut of meat or fish, Martin helps me find the perfect produce, Chennerie (and I know I have misspelled her name) in the deli is most helpful, and Marcus helps me bag my groceries and when I am feeling poorly, helps me load the bags in my trunk. The employees make my grocery shopping a pleasant experience!

I would also like to recognize Jason, in dairy and Rich at the cash register as two additional very friendly and helpful employees.

Subsequently, I have met the General Manager, Kirk, who is friendly and quite helpful.

I forgot to include Chrissie, who restocks the shelves. On rare occasions, I am early, or she is running late, I see her, too. She is very friendly, and helps me locate items on my list. Raleys is a GREAT place to shop.
