We are so happy to have crossed paths with Kanika with Rains Team Real Estate - Pend Realty. We have been searching for a home in Georgia for months from Florida. We had made plans to visit Georgia and meet with Kanika to find our forever home. She was very professional and patient with us throughout home searching until we found a home that had a potential buyer. They don't care to even check to see if the property they sell is functional or even safe. They let water leak all over my yard killing the grass and I found out there is a major mistake made in the initial plumbing system. Limbs trees and even dead animal bones just lay all over the property at 384 Beaver Creek Dr. All they care about is flipping the house to gain profit. Appearance and well-being mean nothing to them. And it's overpriced. Not to mention they didn't change the security codes on the gate allowing anyone associated with the property prior to break in. Very unprofessional
