Rae has provided the most excellent service throughout the whole transaction. She did way more than we expected, and the transaction would not go well without her. We needed to sell the property because our daughter graduated from college, and no longer needed the house. We told Rae at the beginning that we live in Northern California, so she would need to take care everything for us. She really mean it!!! She not just takes care of everything, but also takes care all my worries & problems. Long story short, Rae helped us sell the house just one week on the market. (She did everything , of course.) We already had family reunion in Japan planned, and we thought that we would be able to get back in time for closing the escrow. Well, the buyer got the loan & everything ready in short period of time, and they requested us to move everything out of property in only couple days of notice. I was actually really sick in Japan when I received the notice. We told the buyer our situation, but they showed no sympathy. Rae came to help & hired her local mover to not only pack & move out everything, but also put all our stuffs in their storage until we got back to California. Thank you so much, Rae.
