I like this pharmacy but whomever is named Jay in the pharmacy he wouldn't give an ice pack for my medication that needs to be refrigerated. Which I have never had an issue with. Because I don't live close by and need to stop at the doctor's I ask for an ice pack only if needed his response was we don't have to give one they were being nice as if being nice was a bad thing. Then tell me it doesn't need to be refrigerated (it does) lied in my face. so rude

Very friendly staff. I was in line checking out but felt a little faint. They offered water, I said that I'm ok, no worries. They insisted and brought me water. I felt much better. Thank you! Great food choices as well. #vonsgrocerystore
