Was out of townhome the end of May 2024, starting in around the time of the end of the year We lost a lot of communication from Quartermaster's when we never were informed that the property manager Connor had left the company. There was no contact from anyone at Quartermasters unless we would have to contact them and when it came time to move out that Shane was scared enough or chose to not make time to do an inspection of the townhome also dropped the key box off and connected it to the gas meter (which you are not allowed to) instead of knocking at the door or contacting us . When putting in maintenance requests they would get cancelled without any notice and have no response. The company has gone downhill compared to when we started renting in November 2022. We also were not notified that the townhome we were in was going to be put up for sale, after 3 weeks of being out I looked online and found out that it was up for sale. We were never asked if we would be interested in purchasing it, which would have been up for consideration but must be we were not in or "Friends" with the right person to get asked. STAY AWAY !

UPDATED 6/5/2024: I very much appreciate Quartermasters follow-up and subsequent investigation regarding the issues presented above. Maryann was more than apologetic for the lack of attention to detail and to the condition of the rental upon our move-in. I received the remaining reimbursement check in today’s mail.

Original Review 5/31/24:
Rented from Quartermaster for one year. Kept the house in immaculate condition the whole time and left it spotless. Upon moving in there were holes that needed to be patched from previous tenant tv wall mount in living room (note photo from move-in inspection I provided). They never offered to repair the holes and deducted $150 from my deposit for excessive wear and tear/wall-patch/paint. In addition, $185 was deducted for weed pulling/spray/mulch. Attached photo is from move-in. Faded mulch and weeds. Hopefully the new resident got all the fixes because Quartermaster didn’t do anything to remedy anything that was reported in our initial or mid-year inspection to include a missing piece of soffit. Seems like a money making scheme to me. Unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend.

I began renting with QMP in 2022. I recently moved from one of their rental properties to a larger one. MaryAnn and her staff were absolutely phenomenal in helping to meet all of my needs and concerns. Over the years of renting, I have had a few minor repairs and they were always very quick and efficient to get maintenance out and take care of it. I have dealt with various members of the staff and all of them are very professional, knowledgable, and friendly to interact with. I would absolutely recommend anyone using QMP for any of their rental or home buying needs. Wonderful people, wonderful company! Don't hesitate to check them out!
