I have lived in the Oakdale community for almost a year. Absolutely love it. Not loud. No drama. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. They stay on top of requests and communication. Overall a great place to live!

Honestly a great place to rent from. The landlords are very understanding and do their absolute best to work with you and what you can do. I’ve rented here for almost two years now and will continue to rent from them in the future

I reviewed earlier but didn't add the infestation of roaches, red ants and fleas that they won't do anything about. You can see the fleas jumping on you just walking in the grass. And I got a nasty message from them because they didn't like my first review. It hasn't gotten any better since then and I will NEVER go back there for any reason. They let me pay all kinds of money to move in for our of state, but NEVER mentioned that the place was full of roaches. Pics below are of roach egg casings we found when we moved in and of roach excrement all over... everything.

My wife and I have been living here for almost 2 years now. We love the the environment and the we love how our neighborhood can come together and do events for the kids during the holidays. The owners understand completely that sometimes things happen in life and they work with you.We love it here!!! We appreciate our landlords even down to the maintenance team!!! You guys are awesome.

I love living here and renting from Quarter Oaks Communities!! I have been here a year and extending my lease next month!! Definitely a place to call home! Any issues you have (if any) are worked out in a timely manner!! And they are more than understanding ❤️ Also applying for a rental is easy and fast! My kids are safe and we are happy to have found a Agency that cares!
