When I bought my car, sold me something I did not ask for. I asked for a off road vehicle due to living on a dirt rode, sold me the equivalent in jeep as the ford focus. Top that going back looking at the paperwork, gap was never offered. None of the benefits to the customer was brought up. They just N/A and never spoke of them in signing. Went trade in when they put recall on motor and would not take back unless fully perfect working order. Yet sold with not antenna, and the the fog lights I found out in later months why the lens were black, they had melted and don't understand why a dealership would sell a car that they knew lens were melted. My honest advice go to a more honest and helpful dealership. Now having to get another car I declared not to go to them again. But the dealer I went to incorporated gap and extended warranty in base estimations of the price before my credit was even pulled. Quality is anything but quality. Customer service is key, listen to what customers needs are and not just try play the customer. I was raised in honesty, as this is what is right, and it is infuriating that this local dealership who claims to have values literally showed everything but values. Save your time and money to be honest. This branch and all the quality dealerships in greenwood will do nothing but lie.

I bought a 2022 Ram from Ronnie Bagwell, I noticed some discoloration on the fenders and inquired about it. Ronnie said they would make it right no matter what and that’s what the did. They painted both sides of the truck to make it right. Awesome experience!!

I was asked to come by the used car lot, which I did to inquire about a vehicle. Had my own financing. I explained that all I needed was a buyers order and trade-in value. The manager never took my car for a drive. Went out,put the sit back, and came right back in.
They never showed me a buyers order, then asked if I would allow them to run my credit.... sure why not.
Dudnt say anything about my credit, the buyers order, trade value. However, it did have me go to the new kia lot. Yeah, from here, I waited for 45 minutes and finally had to leave. I get a text from Quality asking if anyone had reached out. No, of course. This was Friday of last week. The text message came on Saturday, and I'm still waiting. I will say this the young lady who helped me and the manager at kia were very nice and couldn't have asked for better.

Bentley and the sales manager were very friendly. We carried on conversations like we were best of friends. I did not feel pressured in any way. This was my third vehicle my wife and I have bought from Quality and we have always felt we got the best deal on all our purchases.

I had a great experience with Quality Chrysler. I went in looking at a Ford truck. Unfortunately that truck didn’t work out for us. However Ronnie was able to put a 2019 Ram in my sights. It was definitely the truck I needed for my needs. Ronnie and Quality Chrysler were able to accommodate my needs very well and I will definitely be sending more business their way!

The service manager is very rude he talk over you why your talking, regardless if it’s been month or six months if customer have issues with something they claimed they fixed you should listen at the customer concern instead talking over them..They need Jamie back from the Nissian dealership because they all are rude besides the one gentlemen that works the service desk but girl and the manager are rude..They claim they fixed things on my car that are not working and regardless if it did work and went back out they still should take a look at it..which it never was fixed from start.

2nd time in a row (1 year apart) that I was mislead. Called in to check when I could drop my Ram off for repairs and was told they were slow to come on in. I was told they would have a diagnostic ran within a couple of hours, 24hrs after drop off and no diagnosis had been done. Service dept gave me the runaround making false claims. Guy at the service desk never called me back when he said he would either. Engine generator took 2-3/4 days to replace. I will NOT come back a third time. Clearly “quality” does not apply to proper communication. (the poor ladies that answers the phone is nice though she probably got tired of me calling)
