Clint and the rest of his team did a great job with communication and responsiveness while we were getting our house ready to rent. Very pleased in leasing a home from Purple Door for 2.5 years. The home we leased was in top condition and in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. PD was so well organized and always reachable. The PD website may it easy to pay bills on time and communicate. Maintenance issues we handled in a very timely manner through the Property Meld app. Management was quick to approve valid maintenance requests and contractors were quick to respond through Property Meld. It was easy to set up mutually agreeable maintenance times through the Meld online calendar. The great website and thoughtful apps made the leasing experience a breeze--putting the lease focus where it should be: on enjoy living in the home. Move out was a breeze as well. Altogether, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home and communicating with such a well-run and well-organized management company. We highly recommend Purple Door to other potential renters and to property owners. You do your part and Purple Door will do theirs. You will be very pleased!
