I am a long term out of town property owner who has had to rely on property management companies to look after my interest. Until I came across Prosper, I had resigned myself to the notion that such entities do little more than take the rent, keep a portion for themselves, and remit the rest to me. My relationship with prosper has been refreshing.
My previous company, for instance, decided it would be “better for them” if I handled the transfer of utilities when the property became vacant (which, of course, led me to terminating my agreement with them). That is what led me to Prosper Management Group.
They handled the transfer of utilities and are handling ALL aspects of replacing the roof on my property, including working with my insurance company.
The communication has been excellent and I am never left in the dark when I have concerns.
This is my third property management company in the last five years and will undoubtedly be my last. I can assure you, should you decide to avail yourself of their services, you will feel the same way. They are simply superior to anything I have encountered in this industry.
