literally so useless and always rude. takes them months to ever accomplish anything. shari little always has an attitude over the phone. if we didn't absolutely love our home we would NEVER renew a lease with these inefficient and incompetent people.

PSA has managed my property for me for 6 years now and I am thoroughly satisfied. Gerri Lee is my agent and her as well as the other staff has been able to work with me to develop a management plan tailor made for me. Of all the property managers that I've worked with in the past, their staff has done a superb job.

Now after a total of 14 years (2023) still a great staff to work with for your rental.

Property Services of Atlanta managed my home in Lithonia for 7+ years and have been extremely easy to deal with. I live overseas, so communication was really important for me. I received updates, had the portal, was always emailed about and had maintenance issues rectified quickly. The property was poorly managed before them and since they took over my value increased and costs steadily reduced. I can honestly say it has been the best management team of any property I owned.
Gerri and the team recently sold my property and dealing with them again was seamless and efficient. Was so impressed actually. Thanks guys for all the years of hard work

My experience with Property Services in Atlanta was amazing! They took their time to talk to me and make sure everything was correct and that I loved the property. They kept me posted on what was going on. I didn't feel rushed when they responded to my questions. They were also kind and caring about what I needed to get done. The receptionist Misty was also very helpful and full of knowledge on what needed to be done. I highly recommend Property Services in Atlanta. You will be very pleased!

I've had property managed by PS Atlanta for 10+ years now and have been extremely satisfied, especially compared to others that I've actually had to fire before. I am so happy with them that a few years ago I added 2 new Atlanta metro properties, and just recently added 6 more.

Gerry, Sonja, Laura and all of the Property Managers are always very responsive and immediately address every issue. Rhonda, Melissa and the Maintenance team are very reasonable priced for maintenance and I have 100% confidence in their assessments and execution.

I've also never had accounting or administrative failures which seems to be almost common in some other PMs. They also have a great inspection service to make sure tenants are taking proper care of properties, and also make sure that the property remains safe and secure for tenants.

Property Services of Atlanta has managed my property for six years. Gerry Lee has done an exceptional job at keeping the property rented. Their tenant screening process has has proved to be extremely effective, as I have never had any issues with my tenants. In addition, their maintenance division, Pinpoint Maintenance Services, has been very responsive in resolving all maintenance issues with the property. Because I live 900 miles from my Atlanta property, it is essential that I have a full-service, professional property management company taking care of the property. I highly recommend Property Services of Atlanta.

I have worked with many management company's over the years with both my businesses and personal property's. Other property management company's I have worked with for the most part start strong at first and then slow down with customer service ,reliability and communications. This became very upsetting for me and my tenants.That being said: I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to work with Property Services of Atlanta and their teams they started strong with reliability and professionalism and have remained strong giving me the best in customer service for a long while now.
