San Remos Apt - Stacy and Paul have made my apartment feel like home since day one! It is an older unit, but knowing that I can call them anytime to address any needs is very assuring. They are great to work with and easy to talk to. We got lucky with great building managers, and that’s something we don’t take for granted!

Only took 6 months for them to fix my dishwasher! I couldn’t ask for a more responsive and attentive management company! Thankfully I was able to fix the toilet they never came out for which resulted in a high water bill. Don’t worry, someone will always come out several times look at the issue but never come back to fix it.

Terrible. I have lived in the eucalyptus apt my whole life (26 yrs) our buildings infested with rats and termites. The other building next to us also apart of pma infested with roaches and termites. Been calling these people since last year, they raise our rent and cant come fix things right away. There was a rat next to my daughter and these people have no sympathy!! I have fotos and videos. Please do not move here. My mental health has been so bad. Rent and bills are so ridiculously high so i have no where to go. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The manager has the audacity to tell tenants that they are the only ones gping through this when it’s a lie!! All 20 units are going through this!!

Your receptionist is very unprofessional and very rude, in the middle of me asking her questions about rental properties available she hung up the phone on me. What kind of company are you running where you have no respect for potential renters let alone the public. Do you treat all people like that, where the receptionist doesn’t want to talk to you anymore so she just hangs up on you in the middle of you talking. Well this let’s me just how prejudice this company really is. This incident occurred on Jan. 15, 2024 @ exactly 11:14 am. I will be sure to tell every business person I know just what this company is really like.

The staff here is top notch.Very quiet relaxed and easy going building here at the Summit on Woodman.John the Manager is a good,attentive and capable young man.
I have no problems here.Great place to rent from if you want and value Peace quiet and privacy.

The property manager has a very slow response rate when you reach out to him about issues with your unit. Same with your maintenance requests. There are only 3 washing machines and 3 dryers for the complex, and one of the washers is always broken. Would not recommend for long term stay.

I'm so pleased with Park manor apartments the way the property manager Gladys helped me,ever since the beginning until I finally was approved to move into the building.
Im really enjoying living here I feel safe, they keep the building clean, definitely friendly neighbors, no loud noises it really feels home.Definitely recommend this place to Family and Friends. Thank you Gladys and thanks Property management.

I'm constantly requesting maintenance, and they're constantly being overlooked/ignored. But I'd better pay that rent on the first every month, and not ONE minute later, or else it's "3 days or quit"! It's a shame to be treated this way by corporations. All this company cares about is profits, not people.
