A year of incompetent management and highly dubious business practices await you at your new home.

For a solid year, almost every maintenance request was ignored and the property manager frequently misled us, attempting to make us pay for their neglect to the building (e.g. long-term plumbing issues played off as tenant issues, including gaslighting about individual communication). While renting with this company, the property manager told us that we are not allowed to us toilet paper. Management is incapable of using email to communicate, so expect random phone calls (without voicemail) in the middle of the work day for all important communications. Expect to submit each request/complaint multiple times. I've rented over 7 apartments at this point in my life; this management company EASILY provided the worst service and living experience.

I cannot recommend avoiding this business enough.

Stay away from this company they are theifs and will steal your valuables. They also cut corners in fixing anything in apartment.
