these people don’t care about anything but the money. they don’t care about people having a safe space and peace. other people and i had made a complaint to them about the apartments. they don’t do anything about it, they keep having disgusting people to live here who trash the whole area and cause disruption the whole night. they have ignored my messages and aren’t doing anything. it’s so annoying having to deal with the same thing everyday because of ignorant people.

I am currently renting my first apartment with Professional Property Management, and I was really unsure of what the process entailed. I was in a hurry to find an place to live that was close to my new job, and I ended up running into a lot of dead ends, unresponsive managers, and complicated procedures that made moving very difficult. Professional Property Management, however, went above and beyond in order to make everything smooth. Despite my extremely full schedule, my leasing agent consistently worked hard to meet my needs. She showed me the place at a time that was convenient for me even though it was clearly not convenient for her, she was very open and honest with me while we were viewing the space, and she remained patient and friendly in answering my multitude of questions about how to apply and move in. PPM has been quick to respond to issues that have come up, and actually asked on her own if she could fix a particular issue she thought might be a problem. I feel totally at ease knowing that PPM is going to be handling my property needs!

They will just take the money for the application and you will never hear from them.
Of all the they are the worst. I talked to the agent that got me my apartment now he said what they did was not right judge me not by my credit or job but for my past ...

Esta gente son lo peor te entrgan todo 😡 lo que hay en el apartamento ya bien usado y te quitan un entre y luego cuando te sales ya no te lo de vuelven te salen que arreglaron esto y lo otro es pura estafa no lo recomiendo nunca había visto tanta estafa como ellos .a mi no me entregaron nada limpio y nada nuevo como ellos dicen el closet ni puertas tenia eran unas tablas movedizas y las persianas pues ya eran usadas la tina del baño estaba tapada que por cierto la arreglaron y a mi me cobraron y refrigerador ni agarradera tenia la campana de la cocina tenia mucha mugre de mucho tiempo atras.la carpeta ya era muy vieja .ellos me entregaron bien sucio y nose a que le llaman nuevo y limpio con todo el respeto que se merecen estos apartamentos de berian darles más mantenimiento por que la verdad están muy mal y lo siento mucho si usted no le parese mi comentario. Tengo 20 años viviendo en este país es primera vez que me quitan mi deposito de inquilino .los de estándar deficientes son ustedes tanto el personal de oficina que tienen como el de mantenimiento .
