I contacted Jason with a tall order; to find a house and close within 30 days, while on vacation before I redeploy. Jason took on the challenge and begin working that very day. He took the time to send me videos of the houses I was interested in, and by day 2 Jason had already help me find a house I absolutely loved and he made sure I didn’t not over pay for the home. He maintained great communication with my loan officer to ensure I was able to close within the timeframe I allotted him. When I decided to sell my house this past Fall, I had my mind set on going to one of the bigger real estate firms servicing the Huntsville area, simply because I saw all the billboards and really had no idea who else to contact. Then randomly one day I had a letter in my mailbox from ProData Real Estate offering to sell my house for me if I had any interest in pursuing it. I did a little investigating and confirmed this was not one of those cold-mailing buy-your-home-for-pennies-and-flip-it schemes. (I was getting one or two of those a WEEK last Summer!) Then I gave Jason a quick email one afternoon, and after a brief conversation we were off to the races--not once did I regret that decision. Through all the twists and unexpected turns of the home-selling process, Jason was excellent at staying in contact and communicating through every step of the process from pre-listing to post-closing. He has a process that is logical, transparent, and extremely effective, and he works hard to save you time and energy that might otherwise be wasted if you wander about through this life-changing event on your own. He uses his experience and analytics to help you and never shies away from advising you on what he thinks will be the best course of action (while still allowing you leeway to make your own decisions). If I were to do the whole process again, without question I would try to engage the services of Jason and his team. They definitely made me feel as though this entire process was about me and making sure my needs were met. (And most of the time, I felt as though I was just shooting the breeze with a friend--he's very personable and easy to talk to!) With the larger agencies, I am not confident I would have been able to recognize the same personal involvement and attention to detail.
