My boyfriend and I bought our first home with thanks to Samuel Hogan and Rebecca Riser. They were able to work with our income, and as a PhD student on a stipend it was difficult to find lenders that accepted my income. Sam was always responsive and quick to get back to us with any questions. Buying your first home can be scary and complicated but the team at PrimeLending made it easy to understand, and they were very upfront with all of our options. Sam was always available nights and weekends to write lender letters for making offers on houses last minute, which not all lenders will do, and can really make or break an offer. I believe we got the best mortgage package for our income situation all thanks to Sam!

Samuel Hogan and his team members Becca and Kelly were life-savers when it came to securing a mortgage despite a couple of unique job/salary situations between my husband and myself. Sam Hogan and team (Rebecca and Kelly) were fantastic in getting my loan closed with a good rate and timely fashion. I had a complicated scenario with odd seasonal employment history and future salary being on a PhD stipend and they were able to make it all come together. Would definitely recommend them for any first-time buyers or those coming from a bit of an odd background looking to buy a home. Thanks again!

Samuel Hogan/Kelly Brown and their team did an absolutely fantastic job handling our loan application for our first home purchase. They were able to navigate, clearly explain, superb timely responses and provided much needed hand holding during this stressful. Even better yet, they were task with a 20 day turn around time to underwrite the loan (due to being a seller's market) and they were able to complete the process nearly a week early! Sam and Kelly, thank you so much for your time and effort. We plan on working with you 2 if the need should ever arise. Thanks.

We had a great experience with our loan officer Samuel Hogan and other team members through the process including Rebecca Riser. We had a tight timeline and unique situation but Sam and Rebecca got us great rates , kept us informed throughout the process and even helped out by extending our rate lock due to unforeseen delays getting final documents due to weather and courier delays. They worked very closely as we had less than a month to close all during the holiday period. Thank you and hope to be using primeLending next time we are in the market.

The team at Prime lending, Sam, Becca, and Kelly (the dream team); saved my mortgage and made it possible for me to buy a home!!!!!!! I am a student on Stipend pay and my original originator Bank Of America (BOA) left me high and dry two weeks prior to closing when they informed me they do not fund stipend pay loans....even though I had made my situation very clear to them, and they had given me conditional approval on two offers prior. The experience with BOA was terrible, on the contrary the experience with Prime lending was a breeze. The dream team (Sam, Becca, Kelly) came in with two weeks left to my closing and turned around the whole mortgage with a new appraisal in 3 weeks flat! They understood and worked with PHD stipend pay, this is hard to find, and they did it on a moments notice.They also smoothed things over with all agents, and the seller. A comprehensive experience to say the least. The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed. I would recommend anyone with Stipend pay to skip the hassle with other lenders, and call Sam and the dream team directly. Get the mortgage you deserve as a hard working student and get it when you need!

As a first time homebuyer, the team at Prime Lending made the process seamless. From my initial interactions with Sam Hogan, to walking through the loan docs with Rebecca Blanchette and Kelly Brown, all my questions were answered in a timely manner. In order to get my offer accepted, Sam had no issues expediting my close to 21 days. Each person knew the time sensitivity of processing the loan, and they got it done on time. I would definitely recommend Prime and Sam’s team for anyone going through this for the first time because they will walk you through it every step of the way.
