As first-time homebuyers, we were feeling overwhelmed and intimidated by the lending process...until we contacted Shawn Winter. From the very first conversation we had, Shawn was kind, enthusiastic, informative, and supportive. He was attentive to our needs, and was happy to answer all of our many questions. When the underwriting process became unexpectedly complicated because of a sudden employment change in our family, Shawn went above and beyond to fight for us, representing our case as thoroughly and clearly as possible. In the end, underwriting went through entirely because of Shawn's advocacy. If you are looking to buy a house, there is nobody I would recommend above or even as a close second to Shawn.
