After Bank of America provided my son with a pre-approval letter but failed to live up to their proposed deal terms, we had to ask the Seller for an extension to explore alternative sources of financing. Payman Tabib said his team would get the deal done in 2 weeks. He ordered an accelerated appraisal and guided us through the underwriting process. I am convinced that we could not have closed on this purchase within the stated timeframe if Payman had not been working the deal on our behalf. Payman who leads Prime Time Mortgage provides awesome service. I have used him twice and I have lived all over the country and worked with many mortgage brokers. Prime Time and Payman are at the top of the list. Payman went out of his and spent a lot his time to get my loan thru because the builder was late on completing my house. Payman came thru and I was able to move into my house on time. The icing on the cake is that his rates and closing costs are the best I could find. Payman is pleasure to work with and he does what he says. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
