Working with Leigh Walker was awesome! This process can be intimidating but he made it effortless. I was nervous but I was also ready. Prior to starting and completing this process we discussed a different avenue. That did not work out but I was prepared to go with our current loan process. Veda Kerr has been a rock, a firm foundation, an anchor for my family in this absolutely terrifying and overwhelming process of buying my family's dream home. Even after closing this in the spring we remain in consistent contact with her timely responses never failing. I had never heard of a "wholesale mortgage lender" until Veda explained the loan market to me in great detail. I immediately knew based on her explanation that compared to retail lenders the wholesale lenders would have more variety to offer me as a customer and therefore serve my true best interest. I wanted to do everything possible to get an affordable loan given this housing market is extremely competitive. Given that a bank or credit union could not offer me a wide variety like a wholesale lender could I knew that Veda was the broker for me!
