Hi I just wanted to say me and my daughter apply for a apartment from prime properties. They denied us because for a 750 apartment we need about 6000 dollars a month to be approved. I'm disabled and retired. It seems like a scam but I will reach out for help for violating the disability act. I wouldn't recommend anyone to give them free money for a application be careful

Moved in May 2020 to Kalea apartments on Graham Ave the Landlord Tammy was amazing. I always paid my rent 3 month in advance. Well in February of 2021 Prime Properties bought the apartments and run them to the ground. Moved in whoever they wanted, they sent me a notice that I hadn’t paid February rent when I paid it back in December because again I paid three months in advance. Constantly had to make copies of receipts to give to Kerri and Audrey ward. They won’t renew leases for existing residents but will find reasons to evict them, keeping them on month to month. They then give leases to new tenants. My shower head literally came out of my wall and we had to wait DAYS before Kerri even responded to my texts to even come and fix it and even then that took 3 more days. We couldn’t take shower in our own apartment. THEN in July of 2021 we couldn’t handle the awful people they were moving in so we moved, Audrey said we would get our deposit back after we spent all day moving I went back to the apartment and CLEANED left it in outstanding condition filled out the form to get our deposit back and here I am in May of 2022 and have yet to receive my refund of my deposit. I would stay clear of this place and Prime property. They are AWFUL!

Great Management, Great owners, great neighbors, and maintenance is on the ball! I get really upset with those that are mad at the people running this business. I recommend that they work hard to get their credit score up and they will be able to live somewhere else...as far as the apartments go, as with anything else in the world, you get what you pay for. You can't expect Fifth Avenue luxury when some people pay next to nothing for rent.

Slum lords!!!! Roach infested and leaking roof. They don't fix anything. Very nasty place to stay.

No hot water for over a month, apartment was not clean, management lied on a number of times,. Plus had to duck from gun fire!! Don
